| Track Session We will be taking a summer break from adult track, allowing you to enjoy the summer and the coaches chance to re-charge batteries, the last session will be 26th July and return session will be Monday 6th Sept. |
Run session 7.00 start Woodgreen Leisure Centre Joining fee for CRJs (plus entry to Leisure Centre) Although not officially a TC session some of the club members meet with Cherwell Runners & Joggers for their twice weekly run. Suitable for all distances & abilities. |
Time Trials See Banbury Star for details. Free to TC members In conjunction with Banbury Star, various distances. |

Swim session 7pm-8pm Bloxham School £3.00 members, £5.00 non-members. Our main club night with a good turn out. Fully coached for all abilities, focusing on technique. |
