Debi ColesDebi Coles has been competing in triathlons since 2003. Beginning, as most do, with super sprint and sprint distances and progressing (in distance if not speed, to longer distance races). She completed Lanzarote Ironman in 2008 and 2009 and plans to be back for more in 2011. She took a year out from long distance triathlon in 2010 to focus on coaching and trying to achieve a good for age time in Paris marathon. She completed level 2 in April 2010 and then went off to race in Paris the very next day. Keen to give something back to the sport that she has enjoyed so much, Debi now coaches juniors and novices both at the track where they practice bike and running skills and also in the pool. |
